Monday, September 05, 2005 An evening at Forest Lodge in the Singapore Zoological Gardens Our group has performed in countless hotel ballrooms in Singapore, but last night's performance in the Zoo was our most exotic yet! The piano trio performed for the short cocktail to the accompaniment of bird chirps, while nearby, Orang Utans lazed contentedly in their enclosures. After that, it was the start of the dinner proper, which was wonderfully handled by the caterers from the Singapore Zoo itself. The trio performed Bukan Cinta Biasa, specially arranged upon request by the bride. It is a lovely piece, and was recently sung by Siti Nurhaliza. In fact, we ended the lovely evening with the piece itself again, to recapture the beauty of a most lovely wedding in the Zoological gardens. # posted by Paul @ 10:40 PM << Home
