Introducing the Casio Privia PX-300

Having been shopping around for a digital piano the past few weeks, I've finally decided on the Casio Privia PX-300.

I had been testing out Casio's lesser model, the PX-100. The key mechanism is fast and responsive enough for me to play The Flight of the Bumblebee almost at my fastest speed. The PX-300 won out in terms of sound quality, the pipe organ will prove to be useful in the future, and the grand piano sound patch is pleasing enough to the ear. Coupled with the hotel's sound mixers, it will be pretty impressive.

It arrived today in time for my next performance, and already I am having difficulty tearing myself away from the new keyboard!
