Top of the world in PSA Building

The string quartet was hired for a very small dinner for highly distinguished guests. We were very excited, for in certain ways, corporate events allow us to perform an even wider range of repertoire, for example, emotionally moving songs that may be deemed unsuitable for weddings.

Thus, we launched into my arrangements of The Butterfly Lovers (Liang Zhu), Theme from Mappy and Mario, and Suteki Da Ne with gusto. We were especially delighted with the Theme from Mappy and Mario, for who cannot resist smiling and tapping their feet to the lively bouncing music from the video game featuring a cute and rotund plumber? :)

The view from the 40th floor was breathtaking and picturesque, and the acoustics suited the string quartet very, very well. We only wished that the dinner had lasted longer so that we could have performed more of our favourite arrangements!
